Obwohl die polnischen Kavallerieeinheiten letztlich keine Chance gegen die Nazi-Panzer hatten, waren ihr Heldentum und ihr Patriotismus ein deutliches Zeichen daf\u00fcr, dass die Polen nicht einfach aufgeben w\u00fcrden. Auf unserem Wandbild im Zentrum von Leczyca ist die Figur eines angreifenden Kavalleristen ein Symbol f\u00fcr unbeugsamen Mut und Patriotismus.
